As your primary point of contact, Crista leads every project from concept through completion. She oversees planning, design development, budgeting, selections, construction coordination, and the overall client experience, ensuring your vision remains at the center of every decision.
Crista also personally leads the interior and exterior design process, thoughtfully bringing together materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, and architectural details to create one cohesive vision uniquely tailored to your home, lifestyle, and family.
Her hands-on leadership provides clients with clear communication, thoughtful guidance, faster decision-making, and a personalized building experience from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

As a founding member of the Caliber team, Jamie leads the structural execution of every Caliber home.
Through Caliber Structural Group LLC, Jamie remains personally involved in the field, working directly with framing and carpentry trades, reviewing structural details as each home takes shape, and helping ensure the Caliber standard is carried through every phase of construction.
His hands-on leadership extends across framing, cabinetry, finish carpentry, trade coordination, and craftsmanship reviews. This consistent field involvement provides an additional level of oversight and accountability throughout construction.
